Lighten Up Expo is a conference for people with weight issues, we invite you to participate in the 2^nd Annual expo held February 27, 2010 at the GICC in Atlanta, Georgia from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. doors open at 8:00 a.m. The health fair is for anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through weight loss and health education. Lighten Up Expo will educate you, your family and friends on setting goals, getting back on track, nutrition, fitness, body image and more. Find out how losing weight affects your relationship and learn how to make the journey as a couple in a Love Sex & Weight Loss seminar.
